I had a couple issues getting my mods and plugins working at first, and I wasn’t sure if it was just me or if other people ran into the same thing. Support helped me get everything sorted quickly though, which was reassuring. Server’s running fine now, and I don’t have any major complaints.

I had a smooth experience overall. My ping stayed low the whole time, and the server felt stable and responsive while I was using it. Definitely a good impression from my end.

The server’s been running well for us overall. Most days it’s smooth, and lag is rare... which is all we really need. We did have one restart that felt slower than usual, but aside from that, performance has been solid for our group

I picked Survival Servers mostly because they had a server location close to where me and my friends are. I’m cautious about signing up for stuff like this if it means everyone ends up dealing with bad ping, so having US and EU options made me feel better about it.
We also tried switching locations just to see what worked best, and it was surprisingly easy. I liked that I didn’t have to open some long support ticket or get stuck waiting around for someone to fix it.

So far, I’m happy with it. I still keep an eye on performance before fully committing to anything long-term, but having the server near the players really does make a noticeable difference...

Of course my server decided to act up right when I actually needed it, just bad timing all around. It wasn’t showing up properly, so I reached out to support and they got back to me fast. They explained everything in a simple way and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions. they had it fixed quicker than I expected. Really happy with the help, 5 stars from me.

I’ve been using it for a few months now, the uptime has been really good from what I’ve seen. I’ve barely noticed any downtime at all, which is kind of what you hope for, right?

the backups worked fine for me and when I needed to restore my saves it was easy, like I just went through the steps and everything came back without much hassle, which was a relief because I was expecting it to be more complicated.
